much more, banking on the rugged brand to vie with global giants like Toyota, Volkswagen and Ford.
Whether you're just writing a Tweet or presenting a new product, you can do something similar — try to cut the
fat as
much as possible (
while still conveying your main point) to keep your audience glued.
Since muscle weighs significantly more than
fat while taking up less space, the end result is that you may stay about the same weight

We eat spaghetti with «meat sauce» (basically: cook an onion and some ground beef, drain, cook some garlic & red pepper flakes in the leftover
fat, add a jar or two of tomato sauce — we like Classico because it's not sweet — toss in parmesan and Italian seasoning, and let it cook
while you boil the noodles) «smashed» chicken (what we call chicken that's been beaten flat with my rolling pin and then cooked in the cast iron pan on really high heat), and homemade pizza pretty
much every week.
Make this ice cream with all the glorious
fat, a real sweetener and anti-oxidant containing dark chocolate once in a
while and you will be
much healthier than if you ate reduced
fat, aspartame or sucralose containing iced dessert - type product twice a week.
All of these seeds are also a little lower in
fat per serving than nuts and are
much easier to digest,
while still allowing us to get the essential fatty acids we need for optimal health.
Boomers are also
much more focused on sugar,
fat, calories and sodium than millennials when they consult the Nutrition Facts panel,
while millennials are more focused on protein, fiber, and vitamins, and were least likely to look at the panel (56 % of millennials agreed that «I always read the nutritional panel» compared with 76 % of respondents aged over 65), said Kerry.
