much sums up my relationship with dried
fruit lately.
Also, I want to share why I'm gluten free soon in another post, and I do want to tell you that I have been cutting out sugar
lately (from all source including
fruit) and I feel so
much better.
Our kids don't typically eat a ton by the end of the day UNLESS they've had no snack or a
fruit - only snack in the afternoon, which I've started focusing on more
lately and it's so
much better than kids pushing food around plates after you've gone to the trouble of cooking!
Lately I've gone off animal protein pretty
much and just been craving lots of
fruits / nuts / fats / veggies.

fruit — usually an apple, but
lately, a peach or 2 plums Afternoon snack — If I'm working out again on my bike, I'll have a Kind bar or maybe a handful of nuts and raisins Dinner — Big, everything but the kitchen sink salad, like this one: http://testkitchentuesday.com/2013/01/30/big-salads-for-the-win/ Evening snack — As
much as I try not to have one, the evening snack is my vice.

We've been seeing a lot of the pineapple trend
lately, or any
fruit trend as a matter of fact, and I think it's so
much fun!
