So you can see that the hip thrust is almost identical to the glute bridge, except it has
a much greater range of motion (ROM) and requires more force to complete the movement — which means it's an awesome exercise for getting a great butt.
This means MORE muscle growth and more strength because you're pushing biceps to the limit through
a MUCH greater range of motion.

Now, if you'd like to get
greater range of motion on the exercise, set your foot up on a Step riser or other solid flat block to perform the exercise... you can use pretty
much anything that won't slide out from under you (that part is pretty important!).
A person with very long arms will have a more difficult time because the
range of motion is
much greater.
