Wow, I had been lead to believe that ground flax was much more sensitive to oxidation... I currently am taking in too much fiber, and so while I have been using ground flax seed in my smoothies, I'm switching to oil.
That is at least a little calming:) although the 60 grams of flax seed seem to be hole seeds that (at least as I understands it) passes pretty much right through the body it may not say so much about the risk of ground seeds?
SOme studies seems to show that only soaked flax seeds contain adequate nutrition and simply ground flax contains not much.

I suggest grinding the chia seeds sepatarely then adding them to make sure you get them fine otherwise you do nt get as much of the benefits (same with flax except I purchase flaxseed meal)
Fixed it:) I don't usually measure the ground flax seed anyways, you can really just put in however much you like, or you may leave it out all together.
The ground flax seeds and almond butter added so much nutrition as well.
