much happier eating plain pasta with a few grates of sheep's milk cheese on top, but she'll also tolerate most veggies when they're interwoven with any pasta - like food.

eat 3 jars of organic peanut butter a week, i'm

I've been trying to be really mindful of how

eat these days (see my I've Been Slacking... post), but these muffins make for a wholesome, real food snack and one that I'm
happy to
eat and feed my kids.

Due to health issues, I am trying to reduce my intake of sugar and dairy products, however so many times I've found myself seduced by a chocolate cake... I can't possibly be
happy without
eating chocolate products — and this is
much tastier than conventional chocolate, healthy, fast and cheap to make.
I ended up sticking to it for over 6 years now and I actually really enjoy it:)(still not 100 % gluten free or vegan (I'm good with spelt, rye and we
eat butter, honey and fish) but just a few months ago, I tested myself again (I did this every 4 - 6 months and
ate a wheat and egg cake AND I am
happy to report that I didn't have my usual symptoms — I felt normal, no issues:) Mind you, I didn't have too
much but a small slice that was homemade from organic ingredients so I felt comfortable that there's no artificial ingredients and preservatives.
I am
eating MUCH more alkaline these days, and your recipes are always so yummy:)

much sugar and other unhealthy foods the past few weeks and am
happy to be jumping on the healthy bandwagon today:)
3 Ox and theo
ate not starting and flapping around like headless chicken 4 as
much as we have been leaking goals, I am
happy mertesacker is not on the pitch which allows us to play more expansive, high pressing style of football.
I
ate so
much banter this season that finally I can be
happy for a moment!
A couple weeks after my 5 month old was born, I stopped
eating dairy and within a couple days he became
MUCH happier, slept better, and spit up less.
But even just reading what these ladies wrote made me
much more brave about allowing McKenna to try stuff, which has made her a very
happy eater:)-- although sometimes a really mad eater, like when I
eat almond M&M s in front of her.
You know what works best for you — maybe being
much more proactive in getting baby on an
eating and sleeping schedule may keep you sane which will keep baby
happier.
My daughter can
eat what she wants, and how
much (or little) she wants, and everyone is
happy.
I'd be
much happier if at the end of a class my child was allowed to sit at his desk and
eat a lunch for half an hour than being shuffled through 2 or 3 destinations after waiting 5 or 6 hours for a lunch he has no time to
eat.
He wakes up
happy and calm, he
eats better, naps
much better, squirms less, plays happily by himself for really long stretches, and is
much easier to connect with — makes more eye contact and is more responsive, easier to engage, and sweeter.
However, once they start learning what they should be
eating, their energy levels go way up, and their growing baby is
much happier and healthier.

The LA Lakers are way up the cutting edge of this stuff and that's some really cool stuff that Cate Shanahan is doing with them and if you just go google like Lakers diet or Lakers Cate Shanahan, you'll see some of the things they're doing, I mean like, you know, I was having this discussion with one of my buddies who's scout for major league soccer, I told him that if he ever had a team that actually wanted to kind of incorporate a lot of these ancestral living concepts and healthy
eating concepts and you know, kinda introduce these stuff in the professional sports that I would be more than
happy to help just because like this stuff flies under the radar so
much and when we're talking about everything from NFL athletes finishing up their career and having a ton of brain inflammation that can be controlled with stuff like you know, curcumin and huperzine and a lot of these elements that can for example decrease hypoperfusion to the brain or increase your ability to repair your nervous system.
