much like the almond flour I bought).

Sadly I think the pulp will be too dry and will be too
much like a
flour and not enough
like crushed
almonds.

it's weird that your dough came out
like pancake batter... maybe the
almond flour you used is
much finer than the
almond meal I used (made by grinding
almonds in a food processor).
I
like using
almond flour as a replacement and it's just an added bonus that there is so
much nutritional value that comes with it.

I haven't worked
much with
almond flour, but I would recommend adding it just
like you would with the coconut
flour.
(Tried
almond flour cupcakes with banana, didn't
like the flavor so
much.)
You could add a little
almond or rice
flour if you
like, but not too
much otherwise the salmon cakes may fall apart when cooking.
I don't bake or cook with
almond flour much (although I have added a Tbsp here or there to some recipes,
like the coconut
flour cupcakes... but I'm thinking it's not really necessary there either, and I'll update you on that soon!).
I personally just tried this recipe and
like it a bit better because it tastes less eggy and seems more versatile depending on how thin or thick you want your batter since it's so thick to begin with and using
almond flour makes it
much thinner to begin with.
My girls have missed things
like pancakes since I put them on a low - grain diet due to some intolerance, and these are so
much better than the
almond flour pancake I had been making on occasion... so thank you thank you thank you for sharing this.
I've only tried Honeyville
almond flour and
like it very
much; I've ordered it off Amazon in the past.
This recipe for
almond flour pancakes is filling and delicious and tastes so
much like wheat your family will probably not notice a difference.
Also tried coconut
flour instead of
almond, and crust tastes
much more
like it's made from cookies So far it's the best cheesecake recipe I was able to find.
Although it has PUFA, I still use
almond flour for baking, although not as
much as I used to but I still
like the taste and prefer it to coconut
flour.
With an
almond flour crust, this paleo quiche is so
much like a cheesy, gluteny quiche!
A
much healthier and less toxic version would leave out almost everything you suggested and use things
like almond or coconut
flour or even healthy protein powder and be sweetened lightly with local raw honey.
I have been working with

liked as
much as this one.

much like to try apple, avocado, dates,
almond milk and
almond flour.
