By the way, I'm calling this «oat bread» because I made it with (gluten - free) oat flour, but it really doesn't taste
much like oats.

like scones, but these cookies are made with rolled

much for that amount of crumble but maybe would be okay with added whole

much soybean oil or msg as well as many other foods

oats in the morning, I eat fruits for lunch and grilled fish and steamed veggies for dinner I also drink green tea everyday, I hit the gym EVERYDAY and I do Casio for an hour, I can see my abs and everything but the front of my thighs are big and no matter how
much I try nothing is making them smaller, and they're a bit bulky which I don't
like, it's annoying me a lot and I dono what to do anymore can u please help me!!!! Thank u?
I'm sure my diet is
much like yours: lots of fresh and frozen fruits, steamed and raw vegetables, lentils, a few whole grains such as rolled
oats and barley, mushrooms, onions, garlic, dark leafy greens, berries - and not oils, fats, or animal products.
These sound very
much like an oat bar I blogged about a while back, also with banana /
oats / coconut.
Some grains
like oats and rice can also give you
much - needed carbs without the gas.
I do agree that we eat too
much wheat and refined carbs, but I think whole grain foods
like quinoa, barley, bulgur,
oats, etc. can fit into a healthy food plan.
Rubbed sage also gives your
oats that comforting scent
much like the scent of the holidays.
Lots of green veggies, whole grains
like quinoa, millet, and unprocessed
oats, nuts, plain yoghurt, olive oil, seeds, a little fresh fruit, fish, a little lean chicken and meat if you eat meat but not

oats have probably gone rancid; mine don't smell
like much of anything and definitely don't ruin the end product

like it
much better with peanut flour and
oats in a cookie than I do in a smoothie!

like oats (unless they're in haggis or black pudding)-- porridge is sticky and slimy and nasty, I
much prefer potatoes — they are my main carb «vice», preferably baked in their jackets, with lots and lots of butter
