like much and (personally I feel) going
oil free in baking is risky..
So after some trial and error this is what I have come up with, and it is the way I
like it, not too
much pumpkin, no
oil, little bit of spice, raisins and walnuts.
I
like mine lemony and will always add a couple drops of pure lemon
oil to get a bright citrus flavor without watering down the dip with too
much juice.
We don't do
much deep frying — but for latkes I've been using expeller pressed coconut

The coconut flavour is usually very subtle if it's incorporated into the baking mixture, whereas if you use the
oil to fry something (
like yummy blueberry pancakes) you get a
much more intense coconut flavour, which I personally love!
This philosophy makes complete sense — it is
much better to eat a whole unit,
like an olive, rather than just a part of it,
like the extracted olive
oil.

It's weird, I don't
like coconut flavor all that
much but I enjoy cooking with coconut
oil.
Olives are also low in calories per serving while being nutrient - dense, and while I don't count calories, I do believe in eating mostly whole foods instead of refined versions
like oil and sugar as
much as possible.
If you'd
like much larger pieces of the butternut, I would recommend starting them before the chicken (so the chicken doesn't overcook), or even better, roasting them with a drizzle of olive
oil in the oven.
As
much as I love fries, they don't love me back, they'll leave me feeling sluggish and heavy, I don't actually
like eating that
much oil myself.
Unendingly forgiving and customizable, you can adjust the ingredients and make sure you're getting as
much coconut

Plus, as

Hi there... I was very interested in this recipe since I am trying to ingest more coconut
oil on a daily basis and I find it too
much like just putting slightly better tasting shortening in my mouth... well this is a bit
like putting bitter butter in my mouth..
The
oil makes this creamy and
much closer in taste to store bought rice milk, without the questionable additives
like carrageenan.
