I don't have a reference, but people have reported that there are studies showing that soy protein isolate may raise IGF - 1 levels as
much as
meat dairy and egg white..
Multiple studies show that eating vegan protein is
much healthier for you than protein from animals (
dairy and meat).
Predominantly animal foods: eggs,
dairy,
and meat, including chicken
and fish, whereas plant foods have
much less: fruits, vegetables, grains,
and beans.
But it is the
meats and not the
dairy so
much that leads to obesity despite the fact that
dairy proteins stimulate insulin to a
much higher degree.
