If you're a
perfectionist like me, you will definitely spend some time on clearing your notoriety level in between missions, or try to stealth kill as
much as possible because you are essentially rewarded for staying quiet and evading guards and opponents instead
of taking the easy route and piercing everyone who looks at you with your shiny sword, making you feel more like an assassin than just a cold - blooded killer.
With time, I was able to ease up on myself and let go
of much of the perfectionism — many
of us are «recovering
perfectionists,» to borrow a term from my dear friend, writer, and founder
of Art Saves Lives, Susan Blair — that was negatively impacting my life and work.
