He is highly rated by Guardiola, Bayern wanted him, and he plays great attacking football that is mostly possession - based, so it's not far off from what Arsenal are used to, but this guy is much more of a tactician as well.

Our players showed alot of discipline in defence and even though Bayern had so much of the ball, you could sense us getting a goal with our swift counter attacking style... If Rosicky play, he will lead and organise the midfield very well, so the tempo and creativity of the midfield will be much much better in terms of creating chances, and Arsenal attack also will become more direct & effective.
