I guess I feel the same way about a liberal agenda that say that to
get out of debt we have to spend more, or that my tax dollars have to pay for something I think is morally wrong (Obamacare sets up a fund to pay for late term abortions) or a government that confiscates kids lunches, or tells me how

I like mine lemony and will always add a couple drops of pure lemon

get a bright citrus flavor without watering down the dip with too

get him to stop licking his mouth so
much after some persistence, but in the interim coconut
oil did help the red ring disappear!
And I think I added the sesame
oil to the marinade because only the few pieces on the top of the bowl

much, the ones underneath not enough.

much of a stretch, but to further disguise the silverbeet (chard) I've bumped up the flavours by adding some freshly squeezed orange juice and virgin coconut

The coconut flavour is usually very subtle if it's incorporated into the baking mixture, whereas if you use the
oil to fry something (like yummy blueberry pancakes) you
get a
much more intense coconut flavour, which I personally love!
Make sure you don't add to
much oil or you will not
get any lather at all.
When you use a little olive
oil to
get off the white, bitter, filmy stuff, it makes the kale so
much more pleasant to eat.
These are best kept in the freezer for a couple reasons, # 1 — coconut
oil mixed with sunbutter is pretty
much a bit runny at room temp and # 2 — that way they don't all

oil only because coconut flour baked goods have a reputation of being dry unless they have enough
oil (but there's a fine line — too
much oil and the results could
get soggy — not enough
oil and the result is too dry.
In contrast, these are pan-fried in a touch of
oil, and smushed flat in the pan to
get as
much surface browning and crust as possible.
By making it yourself, you
get to see and control how
much oil goes in so you can modify to suit your own tastes and diet.
Otherwise too
much batter around the hot dog will end up being messy in the
oil and you will not
get a smooth outer coating.
Unendingly forgiving and customizable, you can adjust the ingredients and make sure you're
getting as
much coconut
oil as you want all in one convenient serving, just like this Banana Orange Smoothie:
