I have combination skin as well but don't use
much oily products because they dry out my skin and then I have to put layers upon layers of moisturizer and then it gets oily again!

I do think that it helps the oils absorb a bit better but I also notice my face stays
oily if I accidentally apply too

Whenever i use my cleansing tissues first, i feel like i have no use for this
product, because the tissues are
oily (olive oil) it felt like too
much oil but each time i use it alone, I feel the difference because my skin feels softer and cleaner after washing.
On the skincare front I'm trying to religiously stick to a consistent routine which includes
products I already talked about a lot recently, but the one true helpers this month have been the Peter Thomas Roth Max Complexion Correction Pads (# 24.95): to me summer means
oily acne prone skin which is never too
much fun, and this BHAs soaked pads really did the trick for me this month to keep my acne at bay and my skin looking as matte as possible.
One thing I found while using it was that one pump of the
product was way too
much for my hair and made my hair a bit
oily and weighed - down.
I love that this
product doesn't make my skin dry or
oily the way pretty
much every other
product out there that I have tried does.
