Recently I gave the legs and base of the bench a quick coat of white
paint with some
chalk paint I had
on hand, and I still might distress it a bit, but I'm liking the look of it
much more now.
Not only does
chalk paint give a project vintage look right off the bat, antiquing and distressing techniques come out
much better
on a
chalk paint finish hands down.
On the whole it's clear that Panasonic doesn't care too
much about this speaker matching the pots holding your succulents, or camouflaging with your
chalk - white
painted recovered timber shelving.
I know there's a lot of information
on the internet regarding spraying, but not so
much when it comes to the different types of
paint, such as Annie Sloan
Chalk Paint vs latex
paints and primers.
Even though it is widely known that
chalk paint can go
on pretty
much any surface, I decided to spray
on some canned primer just because.
A little bit of gold spray
paint on the stems and white
chalk paint on the rest and they became the base of so
much of my Fall decor!
I am researching the
paint and needing info to do a class
on chalk paint and want as
much info as possible.
I've been wanting to try
chalk paint so
much but didn't want to spend that kind of money
on a little bit of
paint.

I had been googling about using Briwax
on chalk painted items and had not found
much except one saying do nt use it
on painted things.
