Cazorla is far better than Ozil in my opinion... We wasted 42M to replace our best player (Cazorla was Arsenal best player the season before we bought Ozil)... It is a dilemma because they are all quality home grown players, so I can not say «get rid of them all» — Give our smart attacking players (Sanchez, Cazorla, Ozil) what they need, a striker... that is a must — Strengthen the flank with another quality because all the sights now on Sanchez — Get rid of useless team players (Campbell, Flamini, yes they are useless) and replace them with better players (promote or buy good ones)-- Loan Chamber... 16M is too much to ruin

The continual experiment of Cazorla on the left side of the pitch most be stopped, play him behind the striker and let him do his thing, he should have been building his confidence back while Ozil was out in that position, if you (wenger) wants jack to play so much, let him play behind giroud and bench cazorla, but this experiment must stop allow, Campbell, ox or Gnabry to show themselves in that position, even RYO and COQ would do a much better job on the left side of the park.
I think that Cazorla has much more to provide for us, so I think that just a pacey right side will be enough to do the trick... Or else play Walkott, Ox on the flanks, Sanchez as striker, Ozil and Rambo as providers, but we do luck a monster CDM to do all the defensive work...

My take is, no matter how well we complain about this or that, Wenger will always do what he think is right for the club and the team generally, if he's not buying a striker that's ok in as much the midfielders can assist with their own share of goals to ease the burden off the strikers, but depending solely on Giroud will be suicidal.

lst season at stamford bridge, was the first time i saw that 4 -1-4-1 formation being used, and for some weird reason i feel a very strange negative vibe and well all know the outcome.the manager has come back with this formation and its not yielding result, but he still sticks with it.i do nt know much about formations dear friends, but if you are playing a slow dm in arteta and a very very slow cb, then you are toast against quality teams with sound tactics.wen playing wellbeck as a lone striker, i think 4 -2-3-1, will work better, but if we have a big player like oliver (boooos), thn we can try the 4 -1-4-1, thingy cos he can hold the ball for our midfielders to run in.but on the overall, shame on wenger for not giving our defence a good cover DM.NO BODY PLAYS A SLOW DM / CB AND EXPECT TO B REGARDED AS CHAMPIONSHIP MATERIAL.IT HURTS GUYS, REALLY HURTS.
Mistamonn most of the time his playing players out of position is because we don't have the necessary depth of players for each position specially on the left, the team is always out of balance he rely needs to buy W / C if not top players in key positions, last year i was commenting that we needed a striker before a class DM but i was so wrong, we first need the best DM that money can buy no mater how much then and only then we can look for another class DM and a couple of descent defenders.
