therapy because I've only really doing assements but I'm writing this for myself and yourself I haven't always been religious but in times
of fear and need know that you aren't alone God is always there and even wen your in your worse state I usally just lay down meditate a bit and speak to my father God and he always gives me a sense
of relief this past week I feel like I have been a constant circle
of fear but I would always freak
out and be scared for no reason but just know that more than 44 million people have this you are br alone and one day you will meet your savior Jesus christ he put you in a test

Over time, I've become adept at helping partners connect in the office and take their connection home with them, but I can still blunder so badly that I lose a pair
of clients, and for the couple dropping
out of therapy without having faced basic issues in their relationship, the stakes are
much higher, more potentially damaging, than the loss
of clients is for me.
The simplest way to describe how one does couples
therapy is to point
out that
much of it is helping the two people in the office hear and understand each other.
Much of our professional training has little to say about sex, unless we specifically seek that
out, and sex ends up an ignored topic in the
therapy office.
If a couple does not have an open mind when they go into the
therapy room then chances are pretty high that they will never get as
much or really anything
out of it like they could if they are open to the possibilities
of what it could do for them.
We're thinking about how to have you
out of therapy just as
much as you are.
No matter how frequently you go to
therapy or how experienced your therapist is, you won't get
much out of the process if you're not doing work between sessions.
I hear people say, both in and
out of therapy, that marriage is silly and it doesn't mean
much anymore.
