My personal goal for today is to get my craft area / closet unpacked, organized and to set up my command central in the corner of what is officially our dining room but we use for so much more.

A steam room, a beautiful bathroom or a large master with a walk - in closet could be the lure, and snag just as much rent as a third bedroom would.

I was just having a conversation with my mom yesterday about «jewelry as art» — she is in the process of redoing her room / closet and currently has ALL of her necklaces on display hanging from a series of coat type racks around the room and I've been trying to convince her that it's too much and she will enjoy it more if she were to just display a few at a time and change them out once in a while.
