So even without
much snow on the ground we have more to do, higher costs and less time to work in winter months.

In real world conditions - and in mid-winter it must be said - I was easily able to achieve 32 miles regularly, and as
much as 35 miles despite there being
snow on the
ground for
much of my time with the Hyundai.
Because your dog is less active during the colder months, and because the
ground is often
much softer due to rain and
snow, the nails won't wear down as
much on their own.
Oh, Christmas Eve, the beautiful lights

If we had
snow on the
ground it would be
much colder because of the albedo effect, and any warming that is happening right now is due to the fact that the snowless surface is absorbing energy, where a
snow covered surface would be reflecting the energy back into space.
One would not expect to see
much effect in areas where (a)
snow was
on ground year - round or (b) where it never
snowed, but where
snow was seasonal.
And I'll be bringing herbs inside this winter because I very
much missed the fresh herbs when there was
snow on the
ground!
