My husband and I also shared childcare responsibility equally until our daughter was well over a year, when he went
back to work full - time and she started daycare (up until that point, we'd both worked part - time) and he's
much better at many things than I am (mealtimes and bathtime and bedtime, pretty significantly, while just personality-wise, I'm a lot better at
stuff like, having hydrocortisone cream for bug bites, and remembering to put on the bug spray in the first place, etc.) But, especially at the beginning, it really did seem as though I was

People may have this idea from the mainstream media ---- I just a commercial the other day that still makes me gag about Zantac and all these other Nexium and all these companies competing on who has the best acid blocker and 99.9 — and correct me if I'm wrong — 99.9 % of the time, the issue is too low stomach acid and not too
much and people that have like a faulty lower esophageal sphincter from stress or whatever, that could actually cause some of that acid to sneak
back up into the esophagus where you don't want it to, but if we have the HCl levels optimized, that could prevent some of that
stuff from happening.
So one big piece of the puzzle was that my iron was too low for too long... I had been midly anemic in sep 2016... and went iron pills, but my ferritin as an endurance athlete was not high enough (never got above 42 and ideally would have been at least 50)... so they put me
back on iron pills and b pills... and a multivitamin... i am mostly vegetarian female endurance athlete... so this nutrition issue definitely contributed to my overtraining... I am feeling hugely
much better after three months of resting... walking is getting easier at longer distances... I may start doing steady state
stuff for 15mn at a time... nutritionally my body was in the hole... and it may take longer still to recover... but at least now I feel normal most of the time... and all tests have been normal...
Because we have been traveling quite a bit this summer, I haven't been sharing
much new
stuff, but once the kids are
back in school, I hope to be bringing you more projects and decor.

MUCH wasn't, or was only available in, like, ONE size.
It fits a lot of
stuff and it rests against your
back so that it doesn't put too
much strain on your muscles.
We commented and liked each others
stuff so
much it became like a girl crush and we connected via whatsapp, talked
back and forth for hours, and fell madly in girl friend love.
I am so
stuffed full of good food, so
much family time and to be honest I am excited to get
back into our routine again - including getting
back on track with eating and workouts.
