I've made the
sweet potato brownie and blueberries
muffins and my daughters love them so
much.
There's so
much to love about these Paleo
sweet potato
muffins.
I love any thing made with
sweet potato and I have eaten
sweet muffins and made them myself before that were very
much like your bread recipe.
These Cinnamon Roll
Muffins require
much less of a time commitment, but one
sweet bite and I think you'll agree that they make a pretty impressive substitute for standard cinnamon rolls.

sweet roll kind of girl at heart which is part of the reason why I love baking so

These are definitely a low - sugar, low carb recipe so they won't taste the same as traditional
muffins which are
much,
much sweeter.
I'm not going to make frosting this time (too
much sweet stuff for me) so I will just think of them as chocolate
muffins, and am going to eat some with almond butter.

much sugar you use depends solely on how
sweet you want your
muffins to be.
The
muffin was
much more like a mislabeled cupcake — too
sweet, with blueberries that looked and tasted nothing like the fruit I adore.
They offer a rotating selection of four to six
sweet and savory pastry items each day, including such items as French Onion Biscuits, Chocolate Cherry Scones, Blueberry Tequila
Muffins, Margarita Cookies, and a Mixed Berry Breakfast Cake, and of course their Sunday - special Cinnamon Rolls that are, pretty
much, to die for.
Also added a extra apple not knowing if I had 2 large apples or 2 mediums... hehe... The
muffins I sprinkled a little sugar on top were a bit tastier because I reduced the sugar so
much they hardly were
sweet... so helped to have a bit on top.
Plain should have the lowest sugar content, while a vanilla flavored yogurt will have
much more sugar (making the
muffins more
sweet).
Honestly, I don't do
much baking around here (especially
sweet stuff) cause I'd eat it all up myself, but I was inspired to make
muffins last month after seeing this
The consistency of those beet
muffins was
much better, but my hubby said that they could still be a little bit
sweeter + he could sense the aftertaste of stevia.
