used, and I also love that it is raw (which is not the case for several other pea

used straight maca, the

used has lots of other stuff in it too.
Sprinkle with the apple pie spice (however
much you want), and then add in the
protein powder and coconut flour if

The add - in's are irrelevant, it's the base of the «dough» that I am trying to nail and it either gets too crumbly with
protein powder, too sweet if I add more agave, too blah if I

Use a high quality
protein powder like hydrolyzed beef, grass fed whey, or organic pea
protein to sneak in some extra
protein if you're having a hard time eating that
much from whole food sources.
It's one of my favourites for packing in so
much protein without
using protein powder.
I don't know why I feel so
much different, I think it is because my breakfast is heavy enough and my snacks don't include nuts anymore... no tofu... I'm also worried that this oatmeal and fruit option for breakfast is going to make me gain weight since it's way more carbohydrates than I
used to have with the
powder protein...

So let me spell it out for you: The type of
protein powder I
use has about as
much impact on my success as the type of coffee I drink.
A
much healthier and less toxic version would leave out almost everything you suggested and
use things like almond or coconut flour or even healthy
protein powder and be sweetened lightly with local raw honey.
Resist the urge to double down and add an extra scoop of
protein powder to your shaker as there's a limit to how
much protein your body can optimally
use per dose.

much protein here for my macros (60g a day) so I
used chia seeds and only half the whey
powder so it's only come out at 16g
protein according to my calculations.
I've been primal / paleo for over a year, but it seems that
