One of a number of reasons I stayed out of my business offices and
worked at home as
much as possible was because when I went to the office, I was «drawn» to listen in on, interfere
with or critique every phone call, look at every fax, poke my nose all the way into

with, don't watch shows that portray choices that you don't agree
with... The Brown family seems close knit, almost like extended family living under one roof... the kids
work together and get along
much better than a lot of «mainstream» households i see...
I would be
much happier thinking that all of my hard
work, dedication, legacy, charitable donations, tears for victims of catastrophes, etc were all for not, and at the moment I am rotting in the ground,
everything I achieved is rotting
with me!!
As
much as I am outside of my comfort zone here (I do not attend church - nor plan on doing so ever again, I have plenty of non-christian friends but not one Christian friend in my current city, I DJ at a bar, I run a radio that plays secular music (yet
everything is sacred), I
work a regular day job, I struggle
with financial hardship and responsibilities I never asked for..., I sometimes have fear of the future and many times my faith dwindles... Some days I cry because I support my family and I feel just really tired...) despite all this fractured humanity that I am....
