look for one that hasn't been toasted in oil and doesn't have added sugars - both of which can up the calories and take away from the healthy goodness of this whole - grain breakfast.
I had them on hand and thought the red and green
looked really vibrant and festive on top of the
muesli.
Try to buy ones that fit the criteria of being wholegrain and low in added sugar and salt as much as you can and if you're
looking to wean yourself slowly off the sweet stuff, opt for
muesli instead.
