I've never found a blueberry
muffin I like as well as that one until these came along.

I have just cooked the blueberry
muffins as you say they are
like a liquid batter but they haven't turned into
muffins they are just blueberry slop in bottom of
muffin tins.I don't see how these can turn into
muffins when they are just pure liquid and there is nothing in the recipe to bind them together.The only different ingredient I used was rice milk
as didn't have almond milk and actually put less maple syrup in
as didn't have full amount so the recipe should have been even runnier.Am feeling a bit frustrated
as the ingredients aren't cheap.
He's a big fan of apple crumble (also known
as apple crisp where we come from in Canada) and these
muffins taste just
like it!
Like all our
muffins, we recommend mixing the batter the night before,
as well
as skipping the
muffin liner.
But I didn't want to use flax seeds
as it give a nuttiness that usually I
like, but not with this

This recipe works well divided into 9
muffins, which I
like, so that I can bake it in my microwave sized countertop oven (I overlap a pair of 2 × 3
muffin pans to make a 3 × 3) and not heat up the kitchen
as much
as the regular, big, under - the - stove one would.
Cranberry Orange I use ground flax meal
as a substitute for the gluten a lot of the time
as well, but I tried using it with these
muffins and the nutty flavor that they impart, that I usually
like, didn't work
as well.
The cake -
like muffin batter is prepared using the same method
as making a cake batter.
I really
like using puréed avocado in loaf breads,
muffins, brownies, and raw cakes,
as well
as in custards, mousses, and puddings.
I took my Sour Cream Vanilla Cupcakes
as a starting point and tweaked them to make them more
like a

as well, but doubling the recipe gave my
muffins a
muffin top, which I
like.
Next time will try adding some seeds (pumpkin, sunflower)
as I
like a heartier

muffins we have them at work and every time I see one I grab them I have been recently switching to the Paleo diet and found your recipe for blueberry
muffin bites and I made them they're wonderful but still my craving for the orange cranberry
muffins out way the blueberry
muffins so I altered your recipe a bit I used cranberries instead of blueberries and an orange instead of a lemon and boy it turned out just
as wonderful

First I misread the title
as muffins with eggs and I was
like «Nooooooo!!!
One, it's a
muffin, which, unlike a cake, doesn't have
as much large surface area to bind together
like a cake might, so the binder doesn't have to be
as strong.
It sounds
like it would be perfect on these
muffins and even lower in carbs —
as in almost none — yet give us the fat we need for keto??? I am seriously thinking about trying this out when I make the zuchinni spice recipe - just working out which sugar in my mind.
I was especially pleased that the texture was almost exactly
like «regular» banana bread,

muffin recipes with unpalatable textures and I was starting to think that good paleo bread did not exist.

like using quick cooking oats
as it makes the
muffins fluffier and lighter and of course adds a lot of fiber.

as other desserts, try making your cake / cupcakes in a
muffin top pan-less thick cakeyness and more surface area for FROSTING!!
If I'm serving these to guests I
like to make them in normal sized
muffin tins but they can also be made into mini
muffins and served
as finger food for dessert.

as they are, but even if chia seeds are not you're favourite I would urge you to try this recipe anyway because so far I have only had happy smiles in return when serving it.
