"Muffin cases" refers to the paper or silicone liners that are used to hold and shape muffins while they are being baked.

I would just line the tin
with muffin cases as I'm pretty sure they would all stick otherwise.
Spoon the batter into large
muffin cases in a 12 hole muffin tray so that they are around two thirds full.
Makes 12 - 14 muffins, depending on size of tin - I got 14 using
silicone muffin cases but they are a little smaller than a traditional muffin tin.
This stops the buns sticking to the tin and avoids the use
of muffin cases, which can sometimes stick too.
Set out 12
muffin cases on a tray and spoon a tbsp of chocolate into the bottom of each one, making sure the bottom is covered.
Either grease a 12 hole muffin tin or you can
make muffin cases out of baking paper like I did.
Press the cheese cake base into the bottom of a large
silicone muffin case or a mini pie dish with removal base / sides (approx 8 cm wide).
2 — Use a teaspoon to scoop your chocolate coconut butter into a chocolate mold (or you can just use mini paper or silicone cupcake /
muffin cases if you prefer) and gently tap on the counter to help smooth out the fudge into a nice even layer and remove any air bubbles.
My favourite large
white muffin cases * are from Lakeland — they are slightly taller than every other type I've bought elsewhere.
I do find that store
bought muffin cases tend to stick with these though so either do this or simply grease the muffin tin.
* my oven dish was approx. 20x10cm in size and I had a little mixture left over that wouldn't fit in so I filled a silicone
muffin case as well.

I use my

Shari — I agree with you and I don't like to waste things myself,
muffin cases are from silicon and I they are not going to the trash... I use them to bake, to pack lunch and I will use them for years.
- Divide the batter between
the muffin cases, filling each up to three quarters full, and bake for 20 — 25 minutes or until risen and golden.
The dough is then rolled into a sausage shape and cut into rounds, interestingly you then place each round into
a muffin case before rising again and finally baking.
Spoon into two silicone cupcake /
muffin cases (or anything suitable for microwaving) and cook on full power for 2 minutes, though I would advise checking after 90 seconds to see if they are ready to your desired consistency since microwaves are all different.
I used cup cake, rather than
