You might want to try
leaving the
muffins out overnight after they are baked, then wrapping in a
paper towel, placing in a ziploc bag, and refrigerating.
Baking pans are all made differently, so the only way to make sure you don't
leave half of your
muffin stuck in the pan is to always use
paper liners.
I've found if any water rings or «stains» remain after wiping with a wet washcloth, then I take a non-scratch scrub pad with a drop of Mrs Meyers dish soap and scrub the area slightly and it comes right out:)-RRB- found this trick when I accidentally used waxed
