Grease a 8 - inch springform pan or a 12 - cup silicone
muffin mold with a neutral oil such as sunflower oil.
Now fill
the muffin molds with batter.
Grease
muffins molds with coconut oil pour the batter in it.

I just noticed in your pictures the batter looks more runny (mine I could
mold shapes
with) and in
muffins I've made in the past they came out more runny too.
You can also use a
muffin tin lined
with saran wrap to
mold the crust.
And while he does it in cast iron
molds on the grill, I did it in the oven
with standard
muffin cups and tins.

mold and compact it down slightly
with your knuckles or fingers so that the crumbs of the bread will be tight.
