I made these tonight for dinner but I don't have a 8 or 9 inch round springform pan so I decided to make mini tortes in
my muffin pan instead (Note to self — I could have used a cake pan!).
You can pour the warm fudge into a small, parchment paper - lined container and freeze it but I thought it may be difficult to cut and handle it that way so I used a mini
muffin pan.
Lightly spray a 12 - cup
muffin pan with a vegetable oil spray.
Grab sections of the dough and press into the prepared
muffin pan, working up the sides of the cups.
That muffin pan is not just for cupcakes.
Bake for about 20 - 30 minutes at 350º - 400º F - or until the muffins are set and pulled away from
the muffin pan.
Butter and flour a 12 - cup standard
muffin pan.
Use the butter to grease a 12 - hole
muffin pan and set aside.
If you're really set on using them and you have more than one
muffin pan, you can divide the batter further and make a few extra muffins so you don't overfill each cup.

However made way to much for my mini pan, I recommend using a small
muffin pan it works much better.
Just take out the peanut butter, add a cup of blueberries, and make in
a muffin pan instead of a bread one!

a muffin pan.

muffin pan.
better yet, bake them in a mini
muffin pan.

a muffin pan, preheat oven to 425 F (220 C).
