I did not try mini
muffin paper liners, but I think there might be an issue with the cups sticking to the paper.

The smell when they came out of the oven was so hypnotizing that Matt and I each ate one as soon as we could get
the muffin paper liners off without burning ourselves (or at least until it was just minor pain).
