"Muffin papers" refers to the small cup-like liners made of paper or foil that are used to cover or line muffin tins before baking. They help to prevent the muffins from sticking to the pan and make it easier to remove them once they are baked.

I also don't
use muffin papers, but I greased my pan well with coconut oil and nothing stuck one bit, they came out easily and cleanup was a dream.
Bake in 4 - 5
muffin paper cups (depending on how big they are) at 160 C for about 25 - 30 minutes or until, when poked with a knife, your knife comes out clean.
I microwaved them for 3 minutes and immediately removed them from the containers and
