I didn't have ramekins or English
muffin rings so I sprayed mason jar wide mouth lids and it worked!

I wanted hamburger buns out of this recipe
so I used greased
muffins rings, a bake sheet and parchment paper.
Press the
rings into the cups of the
muffin tins
so that the dough goes up about half way.
Unlike most bread doughs, this dough is very soft
so you will need metal
rings (3 or 4 inch (7.5 or 10 cm)-RRB- when cooking the
muffins so they will keep their shape.
My dough was
so wet that the
muffins didn't keep their integrity when rising and flopped over the edge of the
rings.
