I made these muffins today and wasn't sure if I was going to be the only one in my household eating them but as it turns out all the calorie counting foodies thought
these muffins were over the top!!

'm surprised there
are still any left, they
're so nice I wanted to eat them all in one I read the comments beforehand and to fix the «burnt
top / raw inside» issue I squeezed all of the moisture out of the zucchini before adding it to the mix and I also cooked it at gas mark 4 (180C) for the same amount of time listed in your recipe.
The streusel
is sprinkled
over the
top of the
muffins before they
are placed in the oven.
They
are topped with a simple buttery oatmeal streusel
topping sprinkled
over the
tops before baking, which not only tastes incredible, but gives these Fig Buttermilk
Muffins that pretty, bakery look.
The only change I would make to this dish
is I would leave the English
muffins whole and arrange the ham and green onions on
top of them and pour the egg mixture
over and around them.

This
is great as
muffins, served with hot caramel sauce spooned
over the
top.
I have a 1/4 cup spoon I used to portion it out and I did less than 1/4 c and needed to use even less — it kinda exploded
over the
top of one of the
muffin pans — I made a double recipe — but it still turned out fine, all
were gone by the end of brunch to the oohs and aahs of the guests.
This gluten - free pumpkin
muffins with chocolate chips, cream cheese filling and streusel
topping is really good — I love the
topping on these — it just puts them
over the edge good!
The first way
is to fill each
muffin cup only halfway full, place a dollop of strawberry jam in the center then evenly distribute the rest of the batter
over top of each
muffin.
I
'm happy to munch away on
muffins that spill
over the
tops of cups when they rise or end up just a bit too dense.
Sprinkle the
topping over each
muffin, and then bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the center
is set when a cake tester
is inserted.
Optionally, I made a drizzle to go
over the
top of the
muffins because they aren't overtly sweet.
Left
over filling can
be used as an ice cream
topping, for
muffins, cheesecake, or other pastries.
It
was easy, I just sprinkled a little sugar
over each
muffin just before baking, and let the sugar bake into the

topping by mixing all the crumble

is kind of wet but once it bakes it has a nice crisp to it!
Don't worry about measuring, simply
top the pizzas as you'd like.This

muffin pizza, and chances
are that kids will prefer the pared - down version
over anything fancier.
As soon as the
muffins are out of the oven, use a grater or microplane to grate the chocolate chips you set aside
over the
tops of the
muffins.

over Greek yogurt,

I replaced the English
muffins with some white bread slices and the chicken salamis took
over the Canadian bacon — both the substitutes worked really well with us as we

been a big fan of high waisted jeans because you don't have to worry about getting a
muffin top or showing off your underwear everytime you bend
