Bake the cupcake size cheesecakes for 19 - 21 minutes and the mini
muffins size cheesecakes for 12 - 15 minutes, the cheesecakes should be set and not jiggle much.

I doubled the recipe and put it in medium -
sized muffin tins which gave me 24 mini
cheesecakes.

muffin tins... i layered batter,
cheesecake filling, and a little more batter on top.
