We suggest that most of the ozone in the ozone layer is actually formed by the splitting up of
oxygen multimers!
Immudex is introducing the first commercially - available DNA barcoded MHC
multimer technology: dCodeTM Dextramers.
The obvious choice for
multimers in the upper troposphere is H2O.
This means that when oxygen and / or nitrogen molecules join together to form
larger multimer molecules, the average amount of latent energy they can store will decrease.
Further, we revealed evidence that Met proteins self - associate in the absence of methyl farnesoate, and that the presence of methyl farnesoate stimulates dissociation of
Met multimers with subsequent association with SRC.
Well, as we mentioned earlier,
when multimers form they take up less space than regular air molecules, i.e., the molar density decreases.
Detection of antigen - specific T cells by
MHC multimers has long been considered the gold standard of T cell epitope detection, but has been hampered by the limited multiplexing capabilities.
However, above the tropopause, some of these air molecules coalesce into
large multimers.
Schematic diagram showing that some of the air above the tropopause
forms multimers, while below the tropopause the air is in the normal monomer form.
Structures composed of dimers and
multimers have been extensively used in chemistry [78, 79], especially in molecular imaging [80].
Set of basic assays to address a vaccine candidate antigens size, purity, quantity assembly status (
multimers and / or aggregates), and integrity using analytical PAGE, SEC, FPLC / HPLC methods.
Now established as the gold standard of MHC
multimer technologies, Dextramers detect antigen - specific T cells missed by previous generations of MHC multimers.
Multimers of H2O are the structure (pervection) in our atmosphere manifested in the jet stream.
Surface tension of water is «ratcheted up» (in
multimers of H2O [this is the phase change], the exact mechanism for which I prefer to keep secret at the moment) and it is the ensuing structure (pervection) that explains the missing lubrication (Lorenz) in our atmospheric circulation.
In Paper 2, we propose that this change is due to some of the oxygen and / or nitrogen in the air joining together to form molecular «clusters» or «
multimers».
Instead, it can split
the multimer directly into ozone and oxygen molecules.
