The exclusives at Sony can easily be substituted for just about any multiplat game... Microsoft exclusives, already wind up on PC eventually.

They are busy with cool games and the graphics are looking great in my opinion, if I want a superior version I will play multiplats on my high - end PC.

The simple fact of the matter, is that no one on Nintendo's end could have made gamers inside or outside of Nintendo flock to the Wii U for multiplats.

Next gen we will definitely see more publishers putting their games (exclusives and console multiplats) on other platforms i.e mobile, ios, steam, windows 10 even linux.

i was thinking about L4D2 on PC since a few of my friends wanted to play together... but this sealed it... They can keep the game for all i care i'll enjoy my exclusives and some multiplats.

Multiplats are the most popular games on these consoles (switch not inculded) so expect a lot of «looks best on X» promotion going forward.

I always found it silly when PC, PS4 and XboxOne comparisons were done on multiplat games, fanboys were always raging about the * huge * differences (even before the mid-gen upgrades) when in the end of the day those differences are quite minimal (IMO) when you take into consideration that you need to freeze the frame and zoom it in to notice the mentioned differences.

The article reads like an MS fanboy happy that Xbox One is reaching 1080p on games that are an old ass pc game (Diablo 3), a cross gen game (Destiny) and places hope on an upcoming multiplat (Witcher 3) that it would hit 1080p since its currently sitting at 900p.

But sony had more without dates... And most games were multiplat at sony... but the exclusives were awesome like days gone and god of war and horizon zero dawn... i hope these games comes to the neo with some nice improvements... so sony exclusives were so awesome to me But MS had more exclusives to their plarforms and hardware... so to say who won depends on what measuring stick used....

This all on top of most games are multiplats so why wouldn't I want them on the system that makes them look and play the best and still have my PS4 pro for all of the amazing exclusives that Sony brings?

Without all the multiplats that will be played on the X, exclusives i must play within the next 6 months I have to play are PUBG, Crackdown 3, State of Decay 2, Ashen, and likely Sea of Thieves... and I'm more excited about all four of those games.

Even if we forget that the X plays every multiplat better (which is like 98 % of must play games), most games doubling the pixel count over pro while maintaining better performance and more bells and whistles (and maintaining all the advantages Xbox already had)... there are still more must play exclusives for me on X than the other 2 consoles combined.

@Pongwater see the problem here is the definition of multiplat so let me revist that... by definition when we said multiplat from history we mean its either on multiple consoles like sony Ms or nintendo or PC but when a game is only on wondows 10 or xb1 family hardware is techically on a pc but not define as such but as a windows game cause it wont be available to steam or any other pc sectors or even any other version od windows that makes it still by definition an Ms exclusive cause u can only get it from microsoft UWP and never on any other thing else So is it a console exclusive?

equal on both PC and console (im assuming you are referring to multiplat games graphics and not actual platform exclusives quality, since the latter is regarded as console strong point towards the PC).

U forgot less powerful GPU, less desirable RAM, complete 180 on consumer policies and by all accounts lower resolution multiplat games all for $ 100 more.

@PistolsAtDawn A little under 1/3 of PS4's library is exclusives, so your false narrative of 98 % of games on both consoles being multiplats is just what it is, FALSE.

That being said, multiplat games used to be always played on my xbox... but I'm rethinking that these days.

80 % to 90 % of 3rd party multiplats tend to be better on the 360 though and honestly I never have a shortage of games to play, must less the time to put into gaming on multiple platforms.

Infamous wasn't in the top 10 because all the other games were multiplat, including TitanFall which is on 3 systems and was given free and still is on Amazon.

This doesn't exist on multiplat games... but anyway I decided to ignore the announcement of this new Homefront because the 1st game is crap but I didn't know crytek had taken over the game....

Don't get me wrong, I love Gears and cant wait for Gears 3, but I really need games on my 360 that isn't multiplat.
