All 4 car classes and power ups that have been unlocked in career are available to the players in
multiplayer races, meaning its entirely possible for a new player who only has class 1 vehicles to be thrown into a
lobby against other players all rocking the best powerups on vehicles from class 4.

While I had fun in most of these modes, I saw myself losing interest rather quickly, and this came especially in
Multiplayer Mode where, when playing online, I would disconnect and
lobbies would disband halfway through a
race.
Other modes include challenge mode that sees you try to get a place on an online leaderboard, online
multiplayer (your best bet with this is to get a couple friends to buy the game at the same time with you, because this game uses a
lobby system and it's wasn't populated at the time of review), quick
race, and 2 to 4 player split screen local
multiplayer... pause for effect....
Multiplayer is largely the same this time around bringing twenty - four racers together in
lobbies as they
race against each other in competitive events or more fun modes like infection where it's essentially tag with cars.
