It would be good to ask for a thorough explanation of your test results and for clarification as to whether this could be a case of
multiple ovarian cysts rather than PCOS.
Classic PCOS presents with obesity, polycystic ovaries (
multiple ovarian cysts that look like a strand of pearls), elevated levels of androgens and absent or irregular menstrual cycles.
Affected women generally have
multiple ovarian cysts and may be infertile.
