The exhibition features 31
works including monumental and small - scale pieces installed throughout the sculpture park and
museum, and is focused on a new
commission that resurrects Deacon's 1993
work Never Mind, which has been re-fabricated in stainless steel.
The collection was formed by the
museum's founder Daniel Wadsworth, along with Elizabeth Colt and other 19th century art patrons who collected and
commissioned works directly from the artists.
The Kayden family's gift of fifty - six
works — including paintings, silkscreen prints, and a
