my mushy bananas.

mushier banana (which is why I only use them like this when the texture isn't important).

I suggest not freezing, but just refrigerating them, because in theory it's delicious but
mushy banana is gross.

mushy but perhaps try frying it on a lower heat, you may need to add a little coconut oil if you don't have a non-stick pan.
