A Yocco's Hot Dog consists of a Hatfield brand hot dog, grilled well -
done on a flat - top grill, in a soft steamed hotdog roll with spicy brown

Directions: Using a mortar and pestle, or a small grinder, mix garlic, ginger and half of the peanut oil to form a thick paste / Add other spices, half of the water (1/2 C) to this mix, stir together and set aside / In a
sauce pan, heat the other tablespoon of oil to medium hot, add cumin and
mustard seeds and allow them to sizzle momentarily / Add spice paste, turn heat to medium low, and while stirring, allow to cook for 1 to 2 minutes / Add cauliflower and potatoes, sweet or hot pepper if using / Stir together so that vegetables are coated with the spices / Add the other 1/2 C water, place a lid on, and simmer for 10 — 15 minutes, until vegetables are tender / Remove lid and simmer for another 5 minutes / If vegetables are
done, remove them from the pan and continue to simmer the
sauce until it reduces and thickens slightly — just a minute or two / Add roasted asparagus to the bowl / Spoon
sauce over winter and spring veggies, sprinkle with chives.
If I
did this again, I would entirely omit the
mustard and if the
sauce «needed something» — add in 1/4 tsp increments.
Ingredients: - 6 inch medium zucchini cut into chunks - 3 cloves garlic, left whole - olive oil for drizzling - kosher salt + pepper to taste - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (if you don't like anything smoky, add regular paprika)- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, more or less depending on how spicy you want it - 2 cups of cooked quinoa - 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs - 4 hamburger buns toasted Radicchio Slaw - 1 small head of radicchio, sliced into strips - 1/2 tablespoon mayo - 1/2 tablespoon sour cream - juice of half a lemon - 1 garlic clove minced - salt to taste Tangy
mustard sauce - 1/4 cup cup of yellow
mustard - 1/4 cup of grainy dijon
mustard - 2 tablespoons of honey - 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar - salt to taste
* Baked Tofu Trio: 1) slathered in BBQ
sauce + baked beans + sauteed kale / greens / broccoli or 2) TJ's teriyaki
sauce + rice / quinoa + roasted broccoli * Easy Fish: Dip fish in 1) a mix of equal parts lemon juice + honey +
mustard then 2) panko or bread crumbs + thyme + s & p. Bake at 400 till
done.

I
did add some extra sweet potato and had to add more chicken broth for the
sauce along with the Trader Joe grainy
mustard.
My only substitutions were dijon
mustard (~ 2 tsp) in place of dry
mustard and a clove of minced garlic instead of garlic powder for the
sauce (if you
do this, put them in when you add the ketchup and other wet ingredients) and I used bakery fresh kaiser rolls instead of hamburger buns.
But I
did like the idea of having Dijon
mustard and ancho chile powder, so below is my cheaters weeknight version of a steak
sauce.
I
did nt add the calories for the ketchup and there are no calories in
mustard or Worcestershire
sauce.
I don't know what has changed with me in the past couple months, but something possessed me to try an alfredo
sauce that had a tiny dab of
mustard in it, and I LIKED IT.
The sour cream and

sauce sounds odd, and

do a deli roll one — just cut up some turkey and pastrami into strips, mix it up with some bbq
sauce or honey -
mustard.
If you want to add in other sorts of tasty things — think a spoonful of Dijon
mustard, miso, or Worcestershire
sauce — this is the time to
do so.

Heavy stains like ground in - dirt, oil and stains like

sauce did not come out and had to be rewashed and required pretreatment with a commercial stain remover that contained stain - busting enzymes.
You put it in hot water, you put the meat inside, you can
do honey
mustard sauce or ranch on top, and you just put in a potato chip bag and you mix it up.
The salmon didn't stay around the potatoes and I don't think you need the sour cream as well as the sweet
mustard sauce.
But with the rising popularity of fermentation, you can find so many cool fermented veggies like carrots, beets, even
mustards and other
sauces... there's also kombucha, natto, lassi and high - quality yogurt... and don't forget, sourdough and even cacao are fermented producst!
