While it's difficult to generalize because of
the myriad kinds of technology deals, I offer the following observations as to why certain technology deals end in failure (defined by me as any combination of unhappy customers, terminated contracts, and the occasional lawsuit):
Now is the time to experiment with different
kinds of learning and training modes, OTS courses, or courses that have been specially customized for your employees, integrating social and mobile learning with its
myriad learning opportunities and, in general, with different
kinds of new
technologies and platforms.
