The mini cupcake / brownie is only about 40 - 50 calories because there is no oil / eggs / butter, and the topping is only about 20 - 30 calories because there's not that much of it!

Don't get me wrong, I love cupcakes and pies, custards and pastries — but there is something so classic about a chocolate chip cookie.

I don't know about you, but I'm drawn to eco-friendly lunch containers like a kid to a cupcake.
