I should have stated I don't add the avocado to this dish for a weeks worth of lunches.
Didn't add avocado because we don't like it.
I didn't add avocado because the one I have wasn't ripe yet, and I substituted flax seeds and sesame seeds for hemp seeds.
You can make a few of these and they will last at least 2 days in the fridge (longer if you don't add the avocado in the jar but just before you are ready to eat).
Although I didn't add the avocado, this is my first pesto and it is so good I can't wait to put the leftovers on something else!
I will

This sauce was so good that I didn't make the dinner was supposed to - I toasted bread,
added avocado, slathered on the sauce and choked down.

It didn't come as a surprise that when the tacos were finished and there was extra sauce in the fridge, I
added it to whatever I could (including toast with
avocado smeared on it — yum!).

I thought it wouldn't hurt to try so I started
adding a tablespoon of coconut butter to my smoothies (which is amazing) and eating more flax,
avocado, nut butter and tahini, and the different nuts / seeds for each cycle phase.
Add enchilada sauce and top with jalapeno,
avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, and cheese (
not pictured).

adds some moistness and density to the brownies, and I promise, you won't even taste the

not raw, but you can
add things like some cooked beans or a grain like quinoa or rice and it bulks up the salad to turn it into a meal.
It is important to

avocado at the very end and only blend it enough to make it creamy... it will stiffen up into a firm, meringue - like consistency if you overblend it and then you won't be able to drink it.
