You could always
add in a tablespoon on maple syrup to the
nut butter if it's
not sweet enough but the medjool dates will definitely help.

You can
add oil but it really isn't needed as the point is to get the
nuts to release their own oil.
If you know that your machine isn't all that powerful, it helps roasting the
nuts a bit extra and
adding them warm to the machine.

not as blenders require a liquid in order to blend properly, but you don't need to
add a liquid when making
nut butter.
And
not to worry about
not eating
nuts, for the brownies I'd suggest
adding more buckwheat flour — so another 80g or so?

not need to
add any extra oil.

I thought it wouldn't hurt to try so I started
adding a tablespoon of coconut butter to my smoothies (which is amazing) and eating more flax, avocado,
nut butter and tahini, and the different
nuts / seeds for each cycle phase.
