If I take zinc, vitamin e, d3 and eat orange everyday, but still couldn't avoid sugar, wheat or carbohydrates, pollution... Is it still impossible to achieve clear skin?
The times we feel we can't avoid sugar we can at least moderate its effects.

Eating less

I eat the paleo way (or primal, or caveman) and while I do think that grains &
sugars should be
avoided I don't think this would be against my diet at all — its apples and nuts.
I was trying to
avoid added

The protein bars have a decent whack of protein and unlike many out there they aren't super high in
sugar either, they also
