People are who they are, and if they don't fit in with the team, conflict will follow.
The other 80 % is deciding whether or
not you fit in with the team, which makes dressing the part even more essential to getting the job.

While a candidate's deep - rooted passion for Saturday Star Trek conventions or service dog training might
not sound relevant to your business, how we choose to spend our free time is probably the most honest gauge of what we find intrinsically rewarding, and
in entrepreneurship, understanding these deep motivations could help you put together a
team with similar aims, character and cultural
fit.
Upon our investment, you will spend a few months

With Mesut Ozil and Henrikh Mkhitaryan to also
fit into his starting line - up, it remains to be seen whether or
not Wenger can accommodate the quartet or is forced to rotate and leave his attacking stars to scrap for a place
in the
team.
We should be
in for the likes of Griezmann AND every other world class player that
fits our method of playing, Ive said it time and time again our squad is only half world class the rest are mediocre at best (yes I know Ill get thumbed down ect by all the AKB's on site) but the results over the last ten years are proof alone that we are
NOT good enough to compete
with the other Elite
teams.
We could argue all day long about Wenger and if or
not his training methods have made players more injury prone but sadly it is what it is and
with a heavy heart we shouldn't offer him a contract unless on much reduced terms, but yes Roachie if Jack was
fit I'd put him
in the
team ahead of Ozil all day long.
To be honest, the only player really missed is Kos... For Ozil, Cazorla is playing far better than Ozil... Ramsey and Wilshere were
not shooting the moon... Ok Arteta is better than Flamini just because I don't see Flamini can make it
in any PL side... You can
not beat Chelsea, ManCity, ManUtd even
with our full
team fit... that's fact...

in my opinion and those of you suggesting to offer theo and money, Im so glad you don't run the club, theo is the best r winger
in the league when
fit, we also have Wellington silva coming back,
not to mention ox to cover or Sanchez if we want to play Danny or mezut on the left, let city have Raheem and let their already volatile dressing room implode, let's get Cech, lacazette and a solid dm to compete
with le coq, sell Chesney to inter for good money podolski could be used as make weight for Morgan or the like release flamini let arteta and Roz have there last season if they choose or let them go if they want more first

(Also I have noticed we are
not good
in counter attacks very much, which I guess will improve
with return of Walcott and inclusion of Podolski / Campbell / Chamberlain and Sanchez has already
fitted in our
team because of this type of play).
We really miss Santi there and the backup option of Coquelin again doesn't
fit the idea of dominating
teams with possession by putting a player who's success
in the squad came from breaking the play of the opposing
team.
It's difficult to blame Ozil for the difficulties he's faced at Arsenal without looking at the big picture... like the fans, he too was lied to by Wenger... there is no doubt
in my mind that he was told by Wenger that he was trying desperately to recreate our earlier success by acquiring players that
fit the system he ran when Henry was
in his prime... as we know this hasn't happened...
in order for Ozl to flourish he needs some speed up front, forwards that can make intelligent runs, a boss
in the midfield to compensate for his obvious defensive liabilities and defenders who can transition from defence to offence quickly and efficiently... much like he had
in Real and
with the German National squad... unfortunately he ended up on a squad that has a striker who plays
with his back to goal, very few intelligent runs into the box, minus Sanchez, no one to take pressure off him
in the midfield, once Cazorla was injured, average defensive midfielders around him, which simply highlighted his lacking defensive qualities and defenders who lack the necessary cutting edge when it comes to transitional passing... instead of blaming Ozil, which is simply too easy, especially considering his mopey disposition, we should be asking ownership and / or Wenger why they brought him
in if they didn't intend on doing what was necessary to get the best from him... can you imagine Ozil playing
with the likes of Henry, Viera, Petit and Pires, it would be incredibly to watch and even more difficult to stop... so the only thing different between his experiences
in Real and
with the German
team versus his time at Arsenal are the players around him and we all know who is
in charge of making those decisions, the Grinch who stole soccer
The news comes from a report from the Italian outlet CalcioMercato who add a further blow to the
team news for Real
with Raphaël Varane also
not 100 %
fit with the French defender being spotted wearing strapping
in training so far this week.
You cant escape he fact that Podolski was played rarely and when he was he was played out of position much the same way that Wenger has assembled a squad of players most of which are a talented bunch, but, Wenger has failed to build a
team who
fit n with each other, we have a midfield that overtly populated
with players who al excel
in the same role BUT have no solid defensive midfield talent and no options
in defence when players have crap periods or are long term injury problems.
2) No leaders across the pitch: Özil for all the money is no leader but a technically gifted player who can split a defense
with an exquisite vision and pass, Sanchez for all the dribbles as the potential but is
not there yet, Cazorla will never be
in the conversation, Mertesacker is
not fit to be one anymore, Coquelin for all the good he has done is too tender and inexperience, Giroud no WC player to assume the role... the only one who can seriously be a leader is Wilshere but unfortunately until he becomes consistent and set the tone
with his talent and passion... 3) Mertesacker is a shell of himself and it would be an embarrassment to see him continue to play
in his current form, get Gabriel out just for the sake of showing anybody
in this
team that there's no place for under performers: we paid good money to get him so play him!
So I don't think we will be weakening the
team by playing Jack rather than Aaron
in the middle and then Ramsey will definitely be
fit and fresh for the Champions League clash
with Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday.
It's a shame he's going, he is a classy and well proven striker but he doesn't
fit in with the way Wenger sets up the
team.
Big
in your list I can agree that all these players would improve us, but let's look at our CB At the moment Kos, top player but is struggling
with a inj which may or may
not heal, at the moment he isn't match
fit so
not up to his own high standard, so needs help or a defender of his quality so he can go and recover properly So then we have Mert, too slow and no longer good enough, I'm
not sure if he's even good enough for 3 rd choice CB, too slow, poor on the air for his size and
not brave enough, he's lasted this long due to Kos he needs a Top class CB just to allow him to play against average
teams Ok now Reid
not top class we can all agree so we couldn't really play him
with MERT as he isn't Kos quality so can't cover merits deficiencys He could be ok
with Kos but Kos is struggling So is Reid what we need???? And finally Wenger if he has all 3
fit will still play Kos / Mert first choice Oh and God forbid we play MERT / Reid against the top
teams like Chels / city / utd / Southampton Chuckle chuckle
I don't like their
fit with the 49ers
in any round, although Jefferson and Elliot would likely have some value as special
team contributors.
... the fact is some gunner fans have forgotten that we almost won the league 2 years ago without sanchez nor cech and
with the same olivier giroud as our ONLY strike force, and as we know if
not for lack of depth and injuries we would av won the league that year... now we av sanchez and cech plus welbeck, we now av the depth, all we need is a
fit team and we will win the league next season... I believe
in this
team and frankly, its high time we put all the doubts away and stand
with the
team and manager
with or without a new striker signing... COYGs!!!
Jack is the closest player to Santi Cazorla lets
not forget he plays
with the fear of getting injured
with every tackle, injury free
fit Jack can be
in my
team any day
the only reason le coq won, t be back
in the first xi straight away is that wenger won't rush him back and make sure he has fully recovered which we can afford to do now
with xhaka
in the
team but as soon as wenger thinks he, s fully
fit no doubt he will be one of the first names on the
team sheet, i also agree against certain
teams where we expect to be dominated
in midfield (against man city) le coq / xhaka could be a good option!!
luvdaguns the only problem
with that is if what some experts say is true and Vardy don't
fit in to our
team play then we are snookered once again without a top striker, we should of gone for Zlatan
with two year contract and see if Dany comes up trump,
I'd have focused more on Torres (which I did), the lack of CB depth (I'd prefer to have two quality CBs to back up a 3 back rather than just one
with one of the starters being a converted CDM), the lack of players who
fit the outside mid role well
in this formation (which, hey, maybe that's part of what you were referring to), and the fact that when you play more attackers higher up the pitch, it often requires a
team to be able to implement a high pressuring defensive line (Dempsey and Bruin are
not suited for that).
I kind of agree
with you.If Xhaka is a CM and Ramsey is a CM this means we have to CM's
in the centre which I just don't get. This raises questions whether Xhaka's role
in the
team is well defined. If the likes of Wilshere and Ramsey are
fit we must sell before we bring
in another CM.Those two are very good but their fitness is a problem.
Nwakali is a forward or wing player, nothing like kante and Ramsey is a squad player for me
not first
team quality, if Carzola is
fit, him and xhaka would be a mouth watering
fit but
with Arsenals Injurie luck this seems inlikely but i wounder if the five at the back would work if we play a stubborn
team that defends, i hope Arsene would change the formation
in such games back to 4 -2-3-1 but this would require a proper rght wing which we havent had
in years, we've had OX, Campell, Wallcot, Iwobi, Ramsey, Welbeck and Ozil play
in that position and non of them have made it their own like sanchez has
with the left wing
Which ever
team of the top six is
fittest at the end of the January transfer, provided they stay
in touch
with the leaders, has a crack at the outside lane for the title,
not just top four, which on paper is where Arsenal should be.
am tired of wenger.the man has got good skills, but somehow he fails to address basic issues
in the
team like buying a striker and a cdm
in the last summer.at one time, arsenal had good squad but had a keeper who at times committed mistakes i.e almunia.then after ozil came and arsenal were first
in december, all wenger had to do was buy a pacy striker
with eye for goal.but wenger did
nt so obviously and instead bought an injured kallstrom.agreed ppl fans will keep saying managers shud hav played this guy or that one and so.but
in case of wenger, its abt ignoring
team issues t (to prove a point he can win without listening to critics and the fans which he never will), and then playing players out of form, out of position, and buying players that do
nt fit ur style like giroud!!
Problem
with some on here is, they DEMAND we buy THE player, NOW, no matter how much they cost, no matter how high their wage demands, whether they are a great
fit, or
not, whether Wenger believes they would prosper
in our
team, or, the EPL.
I agree
with you
in your opinion of, had Fabrigas been resigned, and some the first
team choise Gunners stayed
fit on their feet, Arsenal may
not be pursuing the Premier League title by now.
Spurs Physically are by far the
fittest team in the PL.They do
nt just play they grind
teams out
with non stop physical stuff.Arsenal will have to sit back and defend otherwise they will end up
in a humiliating historical defeat.
That is why Wenger is hugely paid to organise, coach, buy, sell, man manage, play players
in correct and sensible positions,
in team shape,
with recognition of the need to defend at times and to be mark tightly,
not overplay or underplay them, to keep them motivated and
fit.
you need to act quickly — buy players (if they are do
nt fit in sell them) buy another do something... show the world, the club, the fans that you are a manager who care and produce the
team with the winning mentality!!!
I'm only half kidding...
With a splattering of quality
in there that
team wouldn't be awful — if Jack was
fit I'd even say throw caution to the wind and go for a midfield 3 of Jack, Ros and Rambo — f*ck defending and just try to blitz them.
and
in my opinion im
not fussed khedira isnt coming if the rumours are tru i would rather gustavo a much better option at cdm and more disciplined
in the position then its just a a striker wich we may be able to get away
with if reus is signed walcott
fit rw, reus lw, alexis
in the middle
with those three up front NO defence
in EPL will be able to keep up we exploit
teams defences like never before.......
won't be the first time or last here, but i feel pretty strongly right now about my opinion of otto and how he
fits in with this
team as well as the areas he needs to improve upon to be worth that additional 106 mil we're spending on him.
We don't appear to have that fear factor playing
with our current set - up, but were strongly dominating
teams regularly
with an
in - form
fit Theo Walcott and Alexis Sanchez combining earlier
in the season, and Mesut Ozil was even finding the space to get into more regular goalscoring opportunities also.
Nothing like one underachiever blowing smoke up the ass of another... we know that Ozil has some incredible technical gifts, but to be considered the best you have to bring more than just assists to the table... for me, a top player has to possess a more well - rounded game, which doesn't mean they need to be a beast on both ends of the pitch, but they must have the ability to take their game to another level when it matters most... although he amassed some record - like stats early on, it set the bar too high, so when people expected him to duplicate those numbers each year the pressure seemed to get the best of our soft - spoken star... obviously that's
not an excuse for what has happened
in the meantime, but it's important to make note of a few things: (1) his best year was a transition year for many of the traditionally dominant
teams in the EPL, so that clearly made the numbers appear better than they actually were and (2) Wenger's system, or lack thereof, didn't do him any favours; by playing him out of position and by
not acquiring world - class striker and / or right - side forward that would best
fit an Ozil - centered offensive scheme certainly hurt his chances to repeat his earlier peformances, (3) the loss of Cazorla, who took a lot of pressure off Ozil
in the midfield and was highly efficient when it came to getting him the ball
in space, negatively impacted his effectiveness and (4) he likewise missed a good chunk of games and frankly never looked himself when he eventually returned to the field... overall the Ozil experiment has had mixed reviews and rightfully so, but I do have some empathy for the man because he has always carried himself the same way, whether for Real or the German National
team, yet he has only suffered any lengthy down periods
with Arsenal... to me that goes directly to this club's inability to surround him
with the necessary players to succeed, especially for someone who is a pass first type of player; as such, this simply highlights our club's ineffective and antiquated transfer policies... frankly I'm disappointed
in both Ozil and our management
team for
not stepping up when it counted because they had a chance to do something special, but they didn't have it
in them... there is no one that better exemplifies our recent history than Ozil, brief moments of greatness undercut by long periods of disappointing play, only made worse by his mopey posturing like a younger slightly less awkward Wenger... what a terribly waste
Let us
not undermine any
team in any competition, as for the weekend game, I really hope Le Coq starts, but if he's
not fit, we have no option than to go
with Flamini which would be hopefully good for us considering he still has more points to prove.
I think it goes well and he returns but if he decides to leave for whatever reason and Philly advances to at least the second round they might be a real consideration even though I'm
not quite sure how he and Simmons would
fit because they both run the offense and Simmons can't really play there
with Lowry being a deadly catch and shooter who can relieve James running the offense DeRozan's a go to scorer and mix
in bigs Ibaka and Velzalonius for «Bron to play
with and you've got a championship
team.
same
with the striker combo why
not buy a player who
fits between Theo and OG to give them a kick up their Arsenal and to cover
in case of injury its the cheaper and less competitive option all the way, and while I know there are other players out there its alarming to see the main contenders for the positions we ALL KNOW need to be bolstered, are already heading to other
teams.
Of course we were unlucky earlier
in the season
with many injuries and some decisions did
not go our way but now you can see this
team is now
fit and playing
with confidence.
I think anyone who was the best finisher
in the league for every full season
in the EPL and the youngest Euro player ever to reach 100 caps
with almost 50 career international goals for the top national
team in the world — this player does
not fit the label of «mediocre.»
There is no doubt that Bale needs to get the hell out of Real if he ever wants to be the kind of player he once was... this isn't to suggest that he his skills have diminished, he simply isn't the fiery, determined and aggressive player that struck fear
in the hearts of his opponents... the small fish
in a big pond just doesn't
fit his profile... I can't even remember the last player I've seen who has become so invisible on the big stage (maybe Pogba last year)... maybe it's a case of culture shock or maybe he wasn't able to handle the notoriety that invariably came
with his big money signing, but regardless of how it happened this guy is a shadow of his former self... although I doubt he would ever come to a
team in such disarray, he could quite easily fill the shoes of Sanchez, who ironically was
in a similar predicament
in Barcelona, as Bale would return to his favoured left side and would be given the same freedoms that have allowed Sanchez to flourish... ultimately I think the cache of wearing a Real jersey and competing for the top trophies would be too difficult to give up for a wannabe club run by suits who care little about those kinds of accolades
I mean look at the confidence of Bramall Nelson and Willock and like one of the commentators said, they just
fit in perfectly into the system and they were
not show boating
in anyways, they were just playing to there ability and i must say i am impressed so far
with what i am seeing especially Bramall, i can see why Arsene has left Gibbs out of the
team... this kid deserves a chance..
Newman wasn't a perfect
fit with head coach Ben Howland and only finished fourth on his own
team in scoring.
the only good thing about the game till now is that i am
not seeing any way how
with such a weak passing sanchez is going to
fit in this city
team
