Am I doing or reading something wrong??? I feeel like I just wasted all these ingredients on food that doesn't fit my macros!!!
Should I just eat more when I feel hungry even if it doesn't fit my macros?

While I'm eating tons of food and calories daily they just didn't
fit into my
macros and I didn't want to set back my competition preparations for some pancakes.

After that I started to have my social life back and even though I follow the same lifting and
macro plan during the week and even with a good solid no alcohol weeks I've managed to get stuck at 126 lbs and have a lot of mass muscle and my jeans can't
fit my legs anymore, my shirts can barely go around my shoulders and don't get me started with my dresses.
It may be easy to

macros, but these meals won't necessarily help your body feel energized.

That's the point of a cheat meal — it should be outside your normal diet, and

As long as you don't neglect fruit and vegetables, as long as you make your carb choices
fit your
macros you will
not affect your progress.

macro's (IIFYM) style dieting is a crude approach to nutrition and does
not generally take into account nutrient profiling and health.
While it doesn't roll off the tongue quite as well, IIFYMMAF (If It
Fits Your
Macros, Micros and Fiber) is a better diet label than IIFYM.
At 19.7 x 6.8 the AW568 is a fairly large piece of kit to
fit on your desk, the extra space being used for a row of dedicated
macro keys on the left - hand side plus a few media controls for good measure, just in case you can't be bothered changing the volume the normal way.
