I made the decision to
not get an epidural early in my pregnancy, and was shocked at how many people told me I'd change my mind, or laughed in my face, or told me I didn't have to be a martyr.
And I didn't get the epidural I wanted.
Even just a «why don't you get that epidural, honey,» I knew, would cause me to falter and I just didn't want to deal with that pressure.

get on before 3 cm.
I would highly recommend hypnobirthing to any pregnant soon - to - be mom regardless of whether or
not they are planning on
getting an
epidural.
