In our household, there's no sleeping in - we're early risers during the week, and on weekends, if Richmond and Blossom don't get their veggies by 6:30 or 7 am, we've got a riot on our hands.

I don't think I am
getting the right nutrition, so I am going to add more fruits and
veggies (so, higher carbs) but I don't think I will go back to the way I was eating.
He hasn't kept me from
getting sick, even though I live a «clean» life and eat my

I think the soup broth could definitely be made in advance and / or frozen, but I'm
not sure about the add ins... The soba,
veggies and tofu are all pretty delicate and I would be worried about freezing them and things

If I am using freeze dried
veggies, I add a little more water, and let them cook and hydrate at the time (meaning I don't add water and

I made this the other day trying to

I am amazed at how similar it tastes to the traditional style with pasta noodles, although I haven't had this kind of dish in a REALLY long time b / c of being vegan and gluten free, so my memory could be a little foggy But from what I can remember, this recipe was even better, and I love that you sub the zucchini noodles for the pasta noodles to
get an even bigger dose of
