I just thought I'd let you know, if they are slowing the page down so that I can't get to the recipe, I usually just close the window and head back to pinterest for another.
If I don't get to this recipe myself before February, I'm going to have someone make it for me on my birthday!

When I was making these (an hour ago), I was thinking, oh no, the recipe's not working, as the dough was so sticky that I found it difficult to shape it on the baking tray or even get it off my fingers.
Hi Ella, I can't wait to get started on your recipes but am held back by having become aware of concern over the health safety of the 5200 XL Magimix (and presumably other Magimix food processors) having read the review below on the John Lewis site.
It's been really fun going back through old recipes and giving them a bit of a revamp — I hadn't made any of them in a few years and it was really fun to rediscover them and get a few new meals back into my weekly rotation!

But am unsure what exact ingredients to get for other recipes as I have been shopping around but not having any luck finding the right maple syrup, vanilla or cacao powder and date syrup... what type of maple syrup shall I buy (is organic ok to use?).

I am far from a health foodie but every recipe of yours I have tried so far is getting me closer I am so glad I didn't throw out coconut milk (which I bought in hopes to switch from regular kind but hated it) and was able to use it for this.
We also don't eat meat so it's been a challenge, but it looks like most of your recipes don't contain any of these — even the oats (although I realise some do) I get so fedup with people telling me he needs to eat meat just because he's allergic to all of these things and I've been muddling along but generally struggle with yummy meals to suit the whole family — these look like heaven, I'm so excited to start trying these — have a huge list for the health food shop now Thanks Ella!

Hi Ella I just made this today and did everything per the recipe but it has stuck to the tin and I couldn't get it out!
If anyone has trouble processing the dates and sweet potatoes (my friend had this issue, couldn't get a smooth consistency at all), or if you wanted to make these but forgot to buy dates (happened to me)-- 1/2 cup liquid sweetener works great in place of the dates and maple syrup in this recipe.

This recipe is not for you if getting a meal from the stove to the table in under an hour is your priority (although I'll give you some shortcuts so it can be).

I «am looking for a recipe that is organic on making home made cinnamon rolls that someone may have in their grandmas old books that will take 2 days to make, they can be organic or not, I can change that all the ingredients to organic myself I say 2 days cause it takes that long for the raising n stuff I had 1, n when I moved it got lost or through away, these where very hugh, n took up to 2 cookie sheet pans or 2 9x13 pans n all I remember is it was a very very long recipe n it calls for white flour n wheat flour n with all the prepairing n getting it ready n raising n the finely cooking took 2 days like i said can anybody out their help me with this.
